Local Houston News Crew Comes Across Truck Driver Trapped By Flood, Calls In For Rescue
A roaming crew from CBS KHOU 11 in Houston came across a truck driver left stranded in his vehicle by the severe flooding resulting from Hurricane Harvey. The video ends before the rescue, but the driver is now safe.
